1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of AASANFLY.COM (“Platform”, “Service”, “Website”), operated by FLYCHIC DESTINATIONS LLP.

The Platform is strictly intended for Business-to-Business (B2B) travel agents, who book and generate travel-related services on behalf of their clients.

By accessing or using AASANFLY.COM, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Role of the Agent

The registered user (“Agent”) is the sole party responsible for booking services through the Platform.
All services (tickets, hotel bookings, Ok-to-Board, etc.) are booked by the Agent for their clients.
AASANFLY.COM does not deal directly with end customers (clients).

The Agent is solely responsible for:

Entering accurate client information
Explaining the nature and validity of each service to their clients
Managing all communication and expectations with their clients

👉 The Agent acts as the principal and responsible party in every transaction.

3. Service Structure (Important Notice)

3.1 Dummy Tickets & Hotels (For Application Purpose)

These are temporary and non-confirmed documents.
Intended for visa application or documentation purposes only.
Not valid for actual travel or hotel stay.

3.2 Hotel Bookings for Travel Purpose (Non-Confirmed Appearance)

These bookings are not supported by actual reservations.
Designed to appear similar to confirmed bookings.
May be used by passengers for presentation at airports or immigration check-points.

👉 AASANFLY.COM does not guarantee acceptance of these appearance-based documents by any authority.

3.3 Confirmed Tickets (PNR-Based Service)

These may involve live or temporary airline PNRs.
Intended for short-term use, such as airport or immigration presentation.

⚠️ Important Notification:

The PNR or ticket may be automatically cancelled after use. These are not guaranteed for full or continuous travel.

👉 The Agent is responsible for proper timing and usage of PNR-based documents.

3.4 Ok-To-Board (OTB) Service

This is a genuine (non-dummy) service.
AASANFLY.COM facilitates submission and updating of details directly with the airline.

* Final approval is subject strictly to airline policies and decisions. AASANFLY.COM does not control airline approval or processing times.

4. Agent Responsibilities

By using AASANFLY.COM, the Agent agrees and covenants that:

All services are booked strictly on behalf of their clients.
The Agent fully understands each service type (whether dummy, temporary, or conditional).
The Agent will clearly explain all limitations, scopes, and risks to their clients.
The Agent will not misrepresent any dummy or temporary document as a guaranteed, permanent, or travel-ready booking.
The Agent accepts full legal, operational, and financial responsibility for all bookings and their usage.

5. Disclaimer

AASANFLY.COM is a B2B support platform only.
We do not provide direct services to end retail customers.

We do not guarantee:

✗ Visa approval
✗ Immigration clearance
✗ Airline acceptance
✗ Successful travel

👉 All operational and boarding risks are borne exclusively by the Agent and their client.

6. Limitation of Liability

FLYCHIC DESTINATIONS LLP shall not be liable for any:

Financial loss suffered by the Agent or their travel clients
Visa rejection, cancellation, or administrative delay
Denial of boarding, deportation, or border immigration refusal
Airline boarding refusal or hotel check-in refusal
Misuse, misunderstanding, or misrepresentation of platform services

👉 The Agent assumes full, absolute responsibility toward their clients.

7. No Warranty

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantees or warranties are made regarding:

Accuracy
Availability
Acceptance by Authority

8. Fees & Payments

All fees are charged for Platform access and service facilitation only.
Payments are strictly non-refundable once processed.
Pricing schedules may change without prior notice.

9. Account Security

The Agent is solely responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality.
All activities conducted under the registered account are considered authorized by the Agent.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

FLYCHIC DESTINATIONS LLP reserves the absolute right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Restrict account access without prior notice or refund of balances.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, source code, designs, branding, and verification systems are the exclusive property of FLYCHIC DESTINATIONS LLP. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.

13. Changes to Terms

FLYCHIC DESTINATIONS LLP may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.
